You'll perform maintenance and repair in a student living community, ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. You'll diagnose and resolve service requests while maintaining preventive tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document needed repairs.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory as authorized.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of full-time maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Entrata and CMMS systems.
