Description

You will lead Lyft's Trust & Pay organization, overseeing payments, identity, and trust products that enable secure transactions for millions of riders and drivers. You'll drive initiatives that impact business growth, reduce fraud losses, and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• 13+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in payments, identity, or trust domains
• Track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to make strategic tradeoffs between competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for payments, identity, and trust platforms aligned with growth objectives
• Lead and develop a diverse organization spanning engineering, product, data science, analytics, and operations
• Drive initiatives that reduce customer friction, improve conversion rates, and minimize fraud losses
• Build scalable payment infrastructure and enhance fraud detection capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance
