You'll own and scale the video production operational framework at Snowflake, partnering with creative leadership to build systems that enable predictable delivery and team efficiency. This role bridges creative, operational, and cross-functional teams to drive impact in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale end-to-end video production operational framework.
• Establish centralized intake, traffic, and capacity planning system.
• Maintain real-time dashboards for project status and risks.
• Oversee video production budgets and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in video production operations or creative operations.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling operational workflows for creative teams.
• Strong understanding of video and post-production workflows and creative tool ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed organizations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a technology or AI-driven organization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows or automation tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, or Asana.
