You will provide coat check services to venue guests, taking and storing their belongings, collecting payments, and answering questions. You'll also help enforce venue policies and assist during emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year of related work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Maintain a professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Operate coat check rooms following guidelines
• Collect payment and reconcile cash transactions
• Answer guest questions and direct them to key areas
• Enforce venue policies and procedures
• Act as part of emergency evacuation team
