You will own end-to-end post-production for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling, producing high-impact video content across all major platforms and formats. Your work will directly reach millions of students, counselors, and educators globally, setting the standard for quality and visual storytelling at scale.

Requirements

• Deep post-production craft and strategic creative thinking
• Ability to independently interpret a brief and make confident editorial decisions
• Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects, especially After Effects
• Experience adapting video assets for multiple platforms with understanding of aspect ratios and performance-first principles
• Effective collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-production for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Produce high-impact video content across social media, paid advertising, YouTube, email, website, and live events
• Apply motion graphics, typography animation, and visual effects using After Effects
• Manage full post-production pipeline: rough cut, sound design, color correction, subtitling, and platform-optimized exports
• Maintain and evolve Cialfo's video brand language for visual consistency across all touchpoints
