You'll design and build core backend systems for Clarion's AI agents that automate healthcare communication workflows. Your work will directly impact patient care by reducing missed calls and administrative burden. You'll own high-stakes integrations with EHRs and legacy platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build services powering AI agent workflows
• Develop multi-step async orchestration with retries
• Integrate with EHRs via APIs and RPA
• Implement HIPAA-compliant authentication and authorization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems in production
• Expertise in APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems
• High ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience with security and regulated environments
