💼 About This Role

You'll join a highly selective cohort at Xaira Therapeutics to apply frontier machine learning to real biomedical problems, from data to deployed systems. You'll own projects end-to-end, collaborating with AI scientists and drug discovery teams to ship capabilities that directly influence therapeutic programs. This is a hands-on, system-level role with real scientific consequence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and advance ML models on biological and preclinical datasets
• Design scalable pipelines for data curation, training, and inference
• Own projects from problem framing to deployment
• Evaluate model robustness and interpretability for scientific decisions

📋 Requirements

• Recent MS or PhD in ML/AI or related fields
• Evidence of research excellence via publications or artifacts
• Demonstrated ability to lead substantial technical work with originality
• Motivation to translate research into deployable AI systems for therapeutics
