💼 About This Role

You'll own operational and regulatory routines for Nu's UNE, managing customer disputes and ensuring compliance with CONDUSEF frameworks. Your work keeps Nu fully compliant while protecting the experience of millions of customers. This role combines regulatory expertise with operational precision in a high-impact fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Register and assign folios to customer queries, claims, and clarifications.
• Prepare response projects for customer requests within legal deadlines.
• Manage customer disputes through CONDUSEF's SINE and SIGE platforms.
• Consolidate and submit mandatory regulatory reports (CONDUSEF, CNBV R27).

📋 Requirements

• Experience in regulatory compliance or UNE operations in a Mexican financial institution.
• Understanding of CONDUSEF regulatory obligations (UNE, SINE/SIGE, REUNE, REDECO).
• Ability to manage concurrent regulatory deadlines with precision.
• Communication in Spanish and/or English for regulatory correspondence.

• Experience preparing R27 report for CNBV or CONDUSEF reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL.
• Background in customer-facing complaint handling or dispute resolution.
