🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers with coaching and career development
• Serve as central leadership hub between Engineering, CX, Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience owning product strategy across e-commerce, marketing tech, or omni-channel
• Track record of delivering customer-facing and operational products with measurable impact
• Experience managing and scaling cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/design, QA
