You'll deliver psychoeducational group therapy using Charlie Health's evidence-based curriculum. Your core impact is fostering client engagement and cohesion in a fully remote telehealth setting. This role offers specialized group facilitation mastery in a high-growth clinical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
• Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts.
• Foster client engagement and a camera-on culture during sessions.
• Maintain professional communication via email and Slack with care team.
• Complete client documentation within 24 hours per state and Joint Commission standards.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Counseling, MFT).
• Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI.
• Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions with reliable high-speed internet.
