๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
- Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts.
- Foster client engagement and a camera-on culture during sessions.
- Maintain professional communication via email and Slack with care team.
- Complete client documentation within 24 hours per state and Joint Commission standards.
๐ Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Counseling, MFT).
- Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon.
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI.
- Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions with reliable high-speed internet.
