  • Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
  • Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts.
  • Foster client engagement and a camera-on culture during sessions.
  • Maintain professional communication via email and Slack with care team.
  • Complete client documentation within 24 hours per state and Joint Commission standards.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Counseling, MFT).
  • Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI.
  • Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions with reliable high-speed internet.
