Description

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and manage complex computing systems and processes to scale Netskope's products and services, providing technical leadership and mentoring. You'll analyze business needs and service metrics to develop operational strategies and architectures.

Requirements

• 15+ years in designing, building, and managing complex computing systems
• Experience in operational design of distributed large-scale systems
• Ability to communicate system capabilities and limitations through documentation and presentations
• Experience documenting architectures, designs, and services
• Experience with large-scale systems management and configuration management

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and service metrics to develop operational strategies and architectures
• Architect, design, build, and manage complex computing systems for service fulfillment
• Participate in development of service implementations and experimental prototypes
• Maintain expert knowledge of Netskope's system and network infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and lead innovation efforts
