Description

You will lead shift operations of central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, and wastewater treatment to support 24/7 solar cell manufacturing. You will oversee high-purity gas/chemical distribution, monitor critical building systems, execute preventative maintenance, and coach facility technicians to ensure high reliability in a mission-critical environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3+ years facilities/utilities experience, or associate's degree in STEM
• 1+ years supervisory or lead experience
• 2+ years experience with central utility plants, gas/chemical systems, high-volume manufacturing, or facility management
• Ability to work day shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM) on a rotating schedule including every other Wednesday
• Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or asylee)

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations of central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, and wastewater treatment
• Oversee high-purity gas/chemical distribution and delivery to production lines
• Monitor critical building systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, exhaust) to maintain cleanroom conditions
• Execute preventative maintenance, operational procedures, safety training, and emergency responses
• Collaborate with Production, Machine Maintenance, and EHS to troubleshoot and support factory expansion
