Description

In this role, you will lead complex cross-functional initiatives that span People functions and enterprise systems, partnering with teams across the organization to bring structure and delivery discipline to critical projects that support Instacart's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical or cross-functional projects in enterprise or internal-facing environments
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills including planning, execution, risk management, and communication
• Experience partnering with business or operational teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations)
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives spanning functions, systems, and processes
• Drive discovery and planning to clarify scope, goals, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and timelines
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities
• Support change management efforts including stakeholder communication and adoption planning
