💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated platform engineer at a fast-growing company building the world's first fully autonomous testing platform. You'll own the infrastructure that replays thousands of user sessions against every pull request, ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency at scale. This role offers significant autonomy to shape how we build and operate as we grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale compute platform with Terraform and AWS
• Improve monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call
• Write production code beyond infrastructure tasks
• Build internal tooling to improve developer productivity

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software development or platform engineering
• Experience operating production systems on AWS
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Terraform
• On-call experience with incident triage and postmortems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or systems programming
• Familiarity with observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
• Awareness of SOC 2 or similar compliance
