💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of IT engineers supporting a hybrid workforce, partnering with IS&T leadership to deliver a consistent IT experience. Your work directly impacts the productivity and security of every SimpliSafer. This role offers an opportunity to shape IT strategy while mentoring a team in a mission-driven security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily IT help desk operations and scheduling
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and outages
• Mentor and develop a team of IT professionals
• Plan and execute IT projects and deployments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Up to 6 years of IT experience including 3 years in people management
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud technologies
• Proven experience managing IT operations and service desk support

• Experience with macOS/Windows endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, JumpCloud)
• Familiarity with workforce identity tools like Okta and Lumos
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
