💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is training new recruits and helping meet sales targets through your fandom knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
