🎯 What You'll Do

• Model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards.
• Support staffing and scheduling based on business needs.
• Drive sales initiatives and direct selling activities as Manager on Duty.
• Manage inventory events and control shrink and expenses.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving sales and motivating teams.
• Proficient in POS systems.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Sur La Table Store Floor Lead.
• Food Handlers Permit or Food Manager Certification.
