You'll lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless, safe, and spotless environments. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day Observatory operations
  • Prepare and maintain staff schedules and communications logs
  • Supervise Guest Service Ambassadors, Cashiers, and Custodial teams
  • Manage staff assignments to optimize coverage and efficiency

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a supervisory role in tourism/hospitality
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proactive decision-making under demanding conditions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism
  • Experience in a high-volume attraction or venue
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably Ventrata
