You'll lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless, safe, and spotless environments. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day Observatory operations
- Prepare and maintain staff schedules and communications logs
- Supervise Guest Service Ambassadors, Cashiers, and Custodial teams
- Manage staff assignments to optimize coverage and efficiency
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in a supervisory role in tourism/hospitality
- Superior customer service skills
- Proactive decision-making under demanding conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism
- Experience in a high-volume attraction or venue
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably Ventrata
