💼 About This Role

You'll own the portfolio story and go-to-market for Ideals' product suite, leading a small PMM team. You'll define clear positioning and messaging for each product and standardize launches with a tiered framework. This is a fully remote role for candidates in the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the portfolio narrative across VDR, Board, and Vault products
• Define and maintain positioning, messaging, and proof points
• Design and run a tiered launch framework with checklists and timelines
• Manage and coach a team of two product marketers
• Conduct customer interviews and competitive intelligence

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
• Proven track record collaborating with Product and Sales
• Experience managing or mentoring product marketers
• Strong writing skills to explain complex products simply
