Description

You will provide technical leadership in a lab environment supporting weapon test system development, working with designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate systems, and deploy test environments for missile software development, verification, and delivery. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams and oversee technical execution from development through production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM or advanced degree with 10 years experience (or advanced degree with 8 years)
• Experience with Test Systems Engineering supporting hardware/software development, integration, verification, or maintenance
• Experience designing, developing, or integrating test equipment
• Active Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Program Integrated Product Team Leader
• Drive technical execution of assigned programs
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in lab/test environment
• Develop and present materials for gate reviews
• Understand and manage program scope, cost, and schedule
