Description

As Operations Lead at ALO, you'll drive profitability and efficiency by leading inventory management, executing operational functions, and championing visual standards. You'll play a key role in the store leadership team, ensuring optimal results in total store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with General Manager to escalate gaps
• Manage operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes
