💼 About This Role

You'll develop cost accounting policies and lead inventory costing for SPARC fusion energy machine components. You'll manage a team, perform variance analysis, and drive ERP enhancements. This role is onsite in Devens, MA with a focus on fusion energy manufacturing costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop cost accounting policies and controls for accurate cost allocation.
• Manage inventory costing process for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Coordinate with FP&A and engineering on BOMs and capitalized inventory.
• Lead annual physical inventory count and variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting experience including 5 years supervisory.
• Experience as cost accountant with strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Experience using a large ERP system like Oracle or SAP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in organizations funded by government grants.
