💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for all DC 3PL delivery escalations, create 3PL tenders within TMS, and track SAT/SDTs. Your role is crucial for improving supply chain efficiency at our Cherry Hill distribution center. You'll also generate upstream efficiencies to streamline receiving at MFCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create 3PL tenders within TMS
• Handle DC 3PL delivery escalations
• Track SAT and SDTs for 3PL at each DC
• Update pallet quantities and BOLs in TMS

📋 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
