💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and optimization of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for in vivo CAR-Treg delivery at a clinical-stage biotech startup. Your work will directly impact the manufacturability and scalability of the targeted LNP platform. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you'll influence both short-term execution and long-term strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize LNP formulations for mRNA delivery
• Evaluate lipid composition and formulation parameters
• Develop scalable, GMP-compatible manufacturing processes
• Lead analytical characterization method development

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. with 4+ years or M.S. with 8+ years industry experience
• Hands-on expertise in LNP formulation and process development
• Experience with microfluidic mixing and downstream purification
• Strong background in analytical characterization of LNP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mRNA therapeutics or nucleic acid delivery
• Prior exposure to immunotherapy or cell therapy platforms
• Familiarity with CMC regulatory expectations
