  • Identify widespread issues and communicate impact to product team
  • Implement Intercom workflows to automate and improve processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service at a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom or Jira
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
