- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
- Identify widespread issues and communicate impact to product team
- Implement Intercom workflows to automate and improve processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service at a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom or Jira
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
