Description

As a Transit Ambassador in the Baltimore area, you will assist MTA customers with disabilities, provide directions, support bus bridges during construction, and help maintain cleanliness and safety at transit facilities. You'll be the face of the company, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED
• Must own a working cell phone with WiFi/data capability
• Able to stand for 4 hours minimum, up to 8-12 hours
• Competence with apps and willingness to learn Transit App
• Good customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist MTA customers with disabilities to ensure equal use of transit facilities
• Direct customers entering/exiting stations, boarding vehicles, or using fare vending machines
• Inspect transit station facilities and take action to preserve cleanliness and safety
• Provide customer service support during bus bridges/shuttles due to construction or detours
