🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze operational data for SLA, volume, and quality metrics
• Create and maintain dashboards and management reports
• Identify data inconsistencies and support deviation handling
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Basic Excel skills (advanced preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python
• Availability to work hybrid (2x/week in Morumbi)
