You'll lead engineering execution for the Americas region at Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm. You will own the nova platform delivery while managing a follow-the-sun model with EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Americas engineering delivery and sprint planning
• Serve as hands-on individual contributor and team mentor
• Design follow-the-sun engineering model with EMEA team
• Drive AI integration and engineering efficiency improvements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong experience with React/TypeScript, Snowflake, and AWS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Experience building and scaling distributed engineering teams
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II compliance
