💼 About This Role
You'll own day-to-day office operations and onsite experience for a fast-growing Sydney office of 20-25 employees. You'll be the go-to person ensuring the space runs smoothly, organized, and friction-free. This is a part-time role (20-24 hours/week) with high visibility and real impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Set up and manage recurring office lunch and snack programs
- Greet guests and customers to ensure smooth visits
- Coordinate office mail, deliveries, and IT equipment logistics
- Plan and support team events like birthday treats and happy hours
📋 Requirements
- Experience in office coordination, workplace support, or administrative roles
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 10kg (e.g. lunch deliveries or office supplies)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience working in a small office or startup environment
- Familiarity with workplace tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, or Slack
- Comfortable communicating with vendors or building staff
