You'll manage a tech domain for European client projects, migrating them onto the Kraken platform or supporting long-term technology needs. You'll partner with Kraken and client teams to deliver innovative solutions for energy management. This role is key to shaping a sustainable energy future.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationship with client product owners and business owners
• Act as first point of contact for tech development and escalation
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
• Support engineering team to deliver product features

📋 Requirements

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience of product management and customer journeys
• Fluent English + French (or another European language)
