💼 About This Role

You'll steer a ~$100M per year growth partnerships portfolio at Instacart, driving GTV and user acquisition. You'll build ROI frameworks and partner with Partnerships, Product, and Data Science to optimize investment decisions. This role offers high visibility influencing pivotal business strategy across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end finance support for growth partnerships portfolio
• Build driver-based forecasting and scenario models for Consumer Revenue
• Lead annual/quarterly planning, monthly forecast, and close routines
• Evaluate new partnership opportunities with diligence and unit economics
• Design measurement frameworks with Data Science for spend optimization

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
• Experience managing $50M+ partnership investment portfolios

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CFA designation
• Cohort analytics and CAC/LTV modeling experience
• Experience with financial planning systems like Anaplan
