You'll own Flow's corporate housing and relocation business across Saudi Arabia, serving as the senior commercial relationship for HR leaders and mobility teams at major employers. Your core impact will be structuring multi-unit, multi-year agreements and translating Flow's living experience into compelling solutions for companies relocating talent. You'll carry a personal quota in a hunter-closer role with enterprise-level pipeline ownership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue target accounts across KSA, building a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Lead full cycle sales: discovery, solution design, site visits, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage corporate accounts post-signature, driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sell across MENA.
  • Structure multi-unit, multi-year corporate housing agreements balancing occupancy and long-term value.
  • Partner with marketing on B2B campaigns and provide enterprise customer feedback to product and leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling to HR, global mobility, or procurement at large enterprises.
  • Direct experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, or extended-stay hospitality.
  • Deep current network across KSA HR and mobility leaders, RMCs, and giga-project employers.
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Adjacent enterprise sales experience in real estate or relocation services.
  • Familiarity with Saudization, Iqama, and government-linked entity dynamics.
  • Builder's mindset comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
