๐ผ About This Role
You'll ignite and nurture partnerships for a leading cloud monitoring platform, identifying and recruiting new strategic partners across the Pan-SEMEA region. Your core impact is driving partner-sourced revenue growth and customer adoption through joint selling and enablement. This role offers a chance to build Datadog's channel ecosystem from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit new CSP/MSP and SI partners
- Enable partners through training and joint selling
- Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of partnerships
- Host quarterly business reviews with partners
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in business development or channel sales at a cloud/SaaS organization
- Proven experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time

- Experience with systems management or monitoring
- Partnerships supporting DevOps or cloud environments
