Description
You will provide strategic business development leadership for the Great Lakes Region, focusing on the health market. You'll partner with Market and Client Leaders to identify and secure new opportunities, build client relationships, and act as an ambassador for the firm's Living-Centered Design approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic business development within AEC industry
- Ability to achieve top line growth of at least 10% year over year
- Strong networking and client relationship building skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Vantagepoint
- Willingness to travel regularly to regional offices
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities for health market in Great Lakes region
- Personally identify and advance minimum $10M net fee opportunities per year
- Collaborate with regional and national leaders to align growth strategies
- Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans for target clients
- Manage pipeline to ensure qualified opportunities exceed 3x annual net signed fee
