Description

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. Your work helps close the gender health gap in a critically underserved area.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state; multiple states preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology including telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct quality visits with time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways for hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient support
