You will design, build, and ship Android applications that promote a healthy and inclusive internet, working on Firefox mobile apps and open-source Android components in a distributed team.

• Experience building Android applications using Java and Kotlin
• Eagerness to investigate and resolve bugs and issues
• Experience contributing to product development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, delivering well-designed, reusable, high-quality code

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing, debugging, building, and shipping Android solutions under guidance of senior team members
• Contribute to Firefox mobile applications and ecosystem of open-source Android components
• Maintain quality standards through code reviews, bug fixing, testing, and adopting coding practices
• Listen to feedback from open-source community to improve Android solutions
• Work independently on simple tasks and collaboratively within a team
