Description

Lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists in Toronto, designing systems and iterating workflows with AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. You'll serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases and coordinate cross-functionally to build a high-performing, AI-native operations team.

Requirements

• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and technology; actively uses AI and can coach team
• Proven experience managing operations teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Experience building or scaling operations teams; knows how to set culture and norms early
• Strong operational instincts: can identify broken workflows and automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; bridges Toronto execution and US-based teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists across operational workflows
• Own team performance: set expectations, manage throughput, ensure SLAs and transaction deadlines are met
• Design and iterate on workflows in partnership with operations leads, incorporating AI tooling
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex cases requiring judgment beyond specialist level
• Coordinate cross-functionally with acquisition, renovation, resale, and finance teams
