💼 About This Role

You'll assist the 1st Special Forces Command in managing foreign language, regional expertise, and cultural (LREC) training programs. You'll execute planned instruction and tutoring sessions and develop lesson plans and assessments. This role supports a Veteran-Owned Small Business working with elite military units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute planned POI and ad hoc tutoring sessions
• Teach language curriculum based on designated POI
• Develop daily lesson plans and grade assignments
• Maintain positive learning environment and report student progress

📋 Requirements

• ILR level 2 or higher in English (DoD test score)
• ILR level 2+ or ACTFL Advanced-High in Persian Farsi
• Minimum 80 hours documented training in online language teaching
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Smart Boards, Blackboard, or Rapid Rote
• Familiarity with 1st Special Forces Command LREC programs
