💼 About This Role

You'll troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems at megawatt-scale farms in the Tucson area. Your work ensures safe, on-schedule operations for critical power plant equipment. This hands-on role requires real experience on ground-mount solar sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar inverters, combiner boxes, and string circuits
• Perform LOTO, IV curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans
• Assign work, track progress, and keep jobs on schedule
• Train and support junior technicians in the field

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of utility-scale solar experience on ground-mount systems
• Experience with megawatt-scale PV systems (not residential rooftop)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting of inverters, DC systems, power electronics
• Working knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with solar O&M maintenance work
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of Tucson preferred
