💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical leadership and owner's oversight for civil and structural engineering on nuclear new build projects, ensuring EPC partners deliver safe, licensable, and constructable designs. You'll support regulatory submissions and coordinate cross-discipline integration to advance Blue Energy's innovative shipyard manufacturing approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review civil/structural deliverables from EPC partners
• Support licensing documentation and regulatory submissions
• Resolve field engineering issues and non-conformances
• Coordinate civil design with mechanical and modular teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering
• PE/P.Eng/CEng license or ability to obtain
• 10–15+ years in civil/structural for nuclear or power projects
• Experience with nuclear-grade design (e.g., seismic Category I)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with deep foundations and shaft construction
• Familiarity with NUREG/Reg Guides and ACI/ASCE/AISC codes
• Oversight of EPC contractors and vendor deliverables
