💼 About This Role

You'll join the Subscriptions team to build and evolve Strava's subscription and checkout experiences on Android. You'll have meaningful ownership over paywalls, purchase flows, and Google Play Store integrations reaching millions of athletes worldwide. Collaborate daily with product, design, and analytics partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Android on the Subscriptions team, set technical direction and ship features
• Accelerate subscription growth through lifecycle experimentation on upsells and checkout
• Maintain and advance Google Play Billing integration for stable business-critical flows
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming

📋 Requirements

• Kotlin engineer with production Android experience
• Experience with Android Studio, emulation, and designing/consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Room is a plus
• Experience building maintainable and testable codebases including API design and unit testing
