💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to build a culture of readiness for federal compliance. You'll lead CPSR preparation and audit responses for Accenture Federal Services. This role offers direct impact on government contracts without the need for a security clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review purchase order and subcontract awards for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in responding to DCAA and other external auditors.
• Update and maintain the AFS Purchasing Manual.
• Create training artifacts and conduct procurement compliance training.

📋 Requirements

• 6 years in Federal Government contracting.
• 4 years in a CPSR environment.
• Advanced understanding of FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing prime contracts for flow-down requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with procurement integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Prior involvement in developing training for procurement organizations.
• Direct experience as a Buyer or Subcontracts professional.
