Description

You will lead research and development in Agentic AI systems and Reinforcement Learning, designing intelligent agents for autonomous decision-making and optimization. You'll work with large-scale foundation models and multi-agent systems to drive next-generation AI products at GoDaddy.

Requirements

• Strong background in ML/NLP with hands-on Deep Neural Network experience
• Proven expertise in Reinforcement Learning algorithms and autonomous agent design
• Advanced algorithm design and programming in low-level (C++/Java) and scripting languages (Python/R/Scala)
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop/Spark)
• Track record of solving real-world problems using principled ML techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of advanced RL algorithms including policy optimization, hierarchical RL, and multi-agent RL systems
• Design and implement agentic architectures for autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool use
• Pioneer integration of LLMs with RL for adaptive AI behaviors
• Conduct large-scale experiments to improve agent performance
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers on RL and agentic AI best practices
