You'll build and lead the data science and analytics function for our high-growth AI vertical, setting strategy and hiring the team. You'll partner with commercial, product, and ops stakeholders to drive measurable impact through rigorous causal inference and well-designed experiments. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure behind human-aligned AI at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Analysts
• Deliver analytics for Sales and Ops: pipeline health, forecasting, customer retention
• Set and uphold the standard for experimentation and causal inference
• Build scalable frameworks for high-quality AI training data

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading data science or analytics teams
• Technically deep in experimentation and causal inference
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical work
• Strong stakeholder influence across Product, Eng, Ops, and Commercial
