Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience in media planning and strategy within a paid media agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop strategic campaign briefs with paid media, social, and creative guidance
- Lead end-to-end project management for media initiatives ensuring timely execution
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to translate briefs into actionable media recommendations
- Analyze campaign data and communicate results to clients and internal teams
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation
