Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience in media planning and strategy within a paid media agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop strategic campaign briefs with paid media, social, and creative guidance
  • Lead end-to-end project management for media initiatives ensuring timely execution
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to translate briefs into actionable media recommendations
  • Analyze campaign data and communicate results to clients and internal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation
