💼 About This Role

You'll have end-to-end hardware manufacturing ownership of Terran R valves, creating work instructions and partnering with design engineering. You'll design tooling and fixtures for assembly and test, and support component testing through development and qualification. This role offers hands-on impact across the Aeon R program with direct collaboration across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hardware manufacturing of Terran R valves.
• Create manufacturing work instructions and design tooling/fixtures.
• Partner with design engineers on development and scalability.
• Support component testing through development, qualification, and acceptance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
• 5+ years building or manufacturing hardware in production environment.
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and test.
• Experience authoring work instructions for complex assemblies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Aerospace valve or fluid system design experience.
• Experience transitioning products from development to high volume production.
• Experience with additive manufacturing and machining.
