You'll coach soccer programs for children aged 18 months to 7 years, creating a fun and safe practice environment. Your core impact is building positive community relationships while implementing age-appropriate curriculum.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide well-organized, fun, safe practice environment for players
• Exude enthusiasm and engage participants with positive reinforcement
• Lead set-up and break-down of programs and maintain equipment
• Communicate effectively with participants, guests, and staff

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and follow curriculum for ages 18 months to 7 years
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass background and drug test

✨ Nice to Have

• USSF Grassroots License or comparable
• Experience coaching children in group settings
• Previous experience with soccer programs
