💼 About This Role

You'll help ensure a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents during our 4-8 week apartment turnover period. Your work will directly support the property team in maintaining high-quality living spaces. This temporary role offers a fast-paced environment with varied hands-on tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative office support

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform extensive physical movement
• Willingness to work in a variety of capacities
