💼 About This Role

You'll lead the onboarding process for healthcare clients, ensuring successful adoption of digital solutions. You'll manage projects end-to-end as the main point of contact, driving digital transformation in the German healthcare system. This role offers hybrid work and a chance to impact healthcare innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the full onboarding process for healthcare clients.
• Serve as main contact for clients and liaison with internal teams.
• Conduct kick-off, technical and organizational analysis, and configure digital solutions.
• Train client staff (key users, end users) and support go-live remotely or hybrid.

📋 Requirements

• Project management or customer consulting experience, ideally in healthcare, B2B or software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as main contact for stakeholders.
• Structured, self-reliant work style with solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings in and around Munich.
• Very good German and good English skills.
