You'll partner with teams across Gatik to find and hire top talent for operations, management, and administration roles. This growth-focused role offers the opportunity to improve and scale recruiting processes in a fast-paced, autonomous logistics company.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
• Experience hiring across multiple locations with mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly roles
• Background in startup or high-growth companies preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Legal to set hiring strategy
• Support hiring workflows including job specs, interview panels, and recruiting plans
• Act as ambassador for Gatik's mission and values
• Use creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
• Stay up to date on market trends, engage passive talent, and conduct candidate interviews
